We’ll gladly accept your lovely donations at any of our shops.
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you bring no more than two bags per visit.

Please take a moment to hand your items over in person – we can’t accept unsellable donations for economic reasons.

If you have a larger donation, you’re welcome to deliver it to our central warehouse in Ostrava.

If you’d rather not use Zásilkovna, feel free to send your package with any other courier to our warehouse address.
Just don’t forget to include a note with your email and phone number – so we can say thank you.
