Basic principles

We obtain, store and process personal data only to the extent that is necessary for the given purpose.

In terms of the legality of personal data processing, the law distinguishes between personal data that can be processed without consent and personal data that can only be processed with the consent of you as the subject of personal data.

We process personal data without your consent in cases where

  • fulfillment of a legal obligation, i.e. some law directly imposes processing on us (e.g. Accounting Act, Social Services Act, etc.),

  • protection of the vital interests of you or another person (in exceptional cases, e.g. in the case of the need for immediate help),

  • legitimate interest (informing about our activities, reaching out for the purpose of providing a contribution/donation, selecting new employees, etc.).

In other cases, we process personal data based on your consent.
